US Federal Railroad Administration Doubles the Number of ccmMercury Seats

Kanata, ON – 7 October 2005 – WorkDynamics Technologies, the correspondence management specialists, today announced that WorkDynamics has received an order from the US Federal Railroad Administration that will more than double the number of seats of ccmMercury installed. A customer since 1991, the Federal Railroad Administration makes extensive use of ccmMercury to manage correspondence in their offices across the country.

The agency plans to implement ccmMercuryWEB, the web-based version of ccmMercury, which will enable almost instant deployment across the organization. By expanding its use to many more people, the Federal Railroad Administration can significantly increase the value of ccmMercury to the agency.

Training Essential to Effectiveness

The new order also includes plans for extensive training:

At their request, the proposed training is being planned for delivery at FRA's facilities early in 2006.
