New Release of Correspondence Tracking Software Provides Enhancements to Existing Business Process Capabilities

ccmMercury v5.2 provides additional integration with other software

Kanata, ON – 20 June 2008 – WorkDynamics Technologies, the government correspondence specialists, today announced the official product release of ccmMercury v5.2. This release offers upgraded and new features to new customers and the more than 75 government organizations that already use ccmMercury to track correspondence and other information.

Version 5.x Improvements

With the release of Version 5.0 of ccmMercury, WorkDynamics offered clients additional flexibility.

  • add additional tree headings to further customize your ccmMercury solution
  • allow for multiple levels of nesting in the tree for all tree types
  • add comments to any tree item
  • further customize your solution by having WorkDynamics create you a custom DLL to enforce your business rules

Version 5.2 Enhancements

With the release of ccmMercury v5.2, clients will now be able to use Microsoft Vista as their operating system and Microsoft SharePoint for linking their documents to ccmMercury records. Additionally, improvements were made to the integration with the DM document management integration, allowing the use of multiple libraries and the ability to force use of certain libraries with certain ccmMercury databases.

Customers can immediately request copies of ccmMercury v5.2 by contacting their WorkDynamics account executive. Shipping of this upgrade to customers with valid support contracts will commence within 5-10 business days.
