New Release of Correspondence Tracking Software Provides Many User Enhancements

ccmMercury v5.3 expands the pick list capabilities and enhances attachment functionality

Kanata, ON – 1 December 2008 – WorkDynamics Technologies, the government correspondence specialists, today announced the official product release of ccmMercury v5.3. This release offers many new features our customers, among them more than 75 government organizations that already use ccmMercury to track correspondence and other information.

Version 5.3 Enhancements

With the release of ccmMercury v5.3, clients will now be able to create cascading pick lists, with the selection of an entry in one list limiting the choices in another. The new ccmMercury Pick List Utility also offer administrators the option of allowing certain hand picked "power users" to maintain a selection of pick lists, all, or none. Attachment functionality has been improved also, making it easier to view, print and e-mail attached documents.

Customers can immediately request copies of ccmMercury v5.3 by contacting their WorkDynamics account executive. Shipping of this upgrade to customers with valid support contracts will commence within 5-10 business days.
