New Release of Correspondence Tracking Software

ccmMercury v5.3.1

Kanata, ON – 12 June 2009 – WorkDynamics Technologies, the government correspondence specialists, announced the official product release of ccmMercury v5.3.1. This release offers new functionality and improvements to our customers, among them more than 75 government organizations that already use ccmMercury to manage their business processes.

About Version 5.3.1

With the release of ccmMercury v5.3.1, clients will now be able to multi-select values from pick lists during their data entry, and search and report on these values. Users of DM will now be able to enable an option that shuts off the CCM Attachment option, forcing DM attachments only.

Customers can immediately request copies of ccmMercury v5.3.1 by contacting their WorkDynamics account executive. Shipping of this upgrade to customers with valid support contracts will commence shortly.
