CCM Account Manager is a common administration tool that allows you to configure, maintain and manage ccmMercury and ccmMercury.WEB workflow tracking applications.

- Role-based Access, which allows you to group individuals who will share identical rights and responsibilities under the same role, saving you time. Those with specialized rights will have a role all to themselves.
- Predefined Sets allow you to define sets once and apply them as many times as applicable. This cuts down on duplicate entry and also means that when you make a change to a set, the change is immediately applied to everyone using the set.
