WorkDynamics has a close working relationship with all of its clients. Many new features and other updates to our product line have come directly from customer requirements. Each of our main markets has a user group (called a "cluster group") that allows all clients to meet regularly to share their experience and expertise with each other and to proactively collaborate with WorkDynamics on new functionality.
Each cluster group has a mandate to provide input to WorkDynamics on a wide range of issues, including:
- future product requirements
- integration strategies
- product concerns
