Training Courses
WorkDynamics Technologies provides courses for both ccmMercury Administrators and for end-users who will be working with ccmMercury.
- ccmMercury Administrator Course
This in-depth two day course is for the IT person who will install, configure, and maintain the ccmMercury application. We recommend that you train your ccmMercury administrator and at least one backup person.
- ccmMercury Train-the-Trainer Course
This five day course is for organizations that want to use their own in-house staff for training end-users to effectively use ccmMercury. We recommend that you select individuals who already have good communication skills and are comfortable with computer software.
- ccmMercury Introductory Course
This one day course (designed for classes of 3-10 students) provides end-users with training on how to use the main features of the ccmMercury product.
All training courses can be customized to reflect your organization and application, and most of the course materials can be adapted to provide online training for your end-users. Please contact sales@workdynamics.com if you would like customized training.
