- ccmMercury Administrator Course
This in-depth two day course is for the IT person who will install, configure, and operate the ccmMercury application.
- ccmMercury Train-the-Trainer Course
This five day course is for organizations that want to use their own in-house staff for training end-users to effectively use ccmMercury.
- ccmMercury Introductory Course
This one day course (designed for classes of 3-10 students) provides end-users with training on how to use the standard ccmMercury product(s). Courses customized to your specific implementation can be developed and presented by WorkDynamic's training staff.
All training courses can be customized to reflect your organization and application, and most of the course materials can be adapted to provide online training for your end-users.
