Some of our clients work hard with a small staff, and don't have the time or the budget to invest in a wide-scale, highly-customized solution. They want a quick and easy solution that sets up in no time.
Enter ccmMercury Small Office Solutions (SOS)!
Our ccmMercury Small Office Solutions configurations are available for clients requiring 1 to 24 licences. The ccmMercury SOS installer will install your database, ready to go. You don't require a SQL Server or Oracle database -- ccmMercury SOS will install a SQL Server Express database for you. (SQL Server Express Edition is a scaled down, free edition of SQL Server, which includes the core database engine. While there are no limitations on the number of databases or users supported, it is limited to using one processor, 1 GB memory and 4 GB database files. The entire database is stored in a single .mdf file.)
Once the ccmMercury SOS installer has installed your out-of-the-box database, you'll be managing your data within the hour. Simply follow a few simple instructions to create accounts for your users, and you'll be off and running!
Note that WorkDynamics strongly recommends that your users take an introductory ccmMercury course.
If your needs change in the future, a WorkDynamics Analyst can assist you in moving your database to SQL or Oracle and you can upgrade to the full ccmMercury install, at which point you can fully customize and expand your setup. We can work with you to refine your out-of-the-box system, or to build other solutions.

Handle the process of obtaining quotes, placing purchase orders, receiving items and paying for them using ccmMercury. Enter the relevant information, manage the process and reference all related documents.
