Technical Support

WorkDynamics provides technical support to ccmMercury administrators, and is available to all ccmMercury customers. While WorkDynamics does not provide support for end-users, we do provide training and consulting services to help organizations establish the internal support environment needed by end-users.

WorkDynamics provides remote installation assistance, remote diagnostics and telephone support during regular business hours:

Support is also available by email at support@workdynamics.com

Basic Support is available through a contract, or on-demand hotline support can be purchased on a "pay per call" basis.

Extended Support contracts are available to provide "call back" technical support outside of the regular support hours.
