ccmEnvoy
Authenticate, Validate, and collect data to be recorded into ccmEnterprise deployments.
The ccm Envoy service is a data collection service which enables users to populate online forms to submit data into a ccmEnterprise solution. By using forms as entry points to solutions, we reduce the workload within the organization and at the same time reduce many of the data transpositions errors associated with content entry. The ability to upload content and documents in the creation of correspondence or case files, enables more constructive two-way communication with customers. Application forms, insurance claims, customer requests, etc., can all be initiated by the requestor, by simply accessing an online form and completing the informational request.
